Annabelle' First Birthday

I cannot believe that it has already been a year since Annabelle was born. This year has flown by. What a wonderful first year this has been. We look forward to many more adventures ahead with our sweet Annabelle.

We did a cupcake themed 1st birthday for Annabelle. We had a petting zoo and a pinata as activities for the children. Many of the items I hand made including the favors and favor tags, book birthday sign, birthday hat, shirt etc. I tried to incorporate cupcakes as much as possible from the homemade invitations to the hairclip I made for her to wear.


I found a similar cupcake invitation at a store and they were about $3 each and that was before printing costs. I thought I could probably make them myself. After a quick trip to Michaels and with a few tries, the invitations were created using card stock, glue, scissors, matte tape and red glitter.


I found a party hat template online and used card stock to make this hat. On Powerpoint I made the "1" and glued it on the hat along with glitter and pink boa fuzz.




Hair clip made from felt and string which was sewn around a clip.
