A BIG day for Annabelle

As much as we loved Annabelle sleeping in her crib and staying put in it, the time has come for her to move to a BIG GIRL bed. Jon converted her crib to the toddler bed this morning and we asked her if she wanted that to be her new big girl bed or the full size bed in her room. She chose the toddler bed. I told her as a present for graduating to a big girl bed, that I would take her to the mall to find a blanket for her new bed. She was really excited to go to the mall (and not having to take a nap). We made her bed when we got home and the girls played in Annabelle's new quarters. When it was bedtime and after I said goodnight and closed the room to her door, she must have fallen asleep before I got downstairs. All the excitement of the new bed and lack of a nap made for a girl quickly falling asleep. Congrats Annabelle!
