We had our annual girl's weekend this year and off to Dallas we went for some relaxation and much needed down time. Dallas was chosen as my friend Sarah is expecting her second baby soon and she is no longer flying. We all wanted to do some shopping and decided that going to Canton, TX just outside of Dallas would be fun as none of us had gone before and we all have been wanting to go for the longest time. We left Austin Friday morning and arrived for our lunch reservation at 4510 just in time. After lunch, we checked in at Hotel Zaza and headed to the spa. That evening we dined at The Porch. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed the evening on their patio. The next morning we headed to Canton for their market day shopping. We probably could have spent the whole weekend there shopping and would not have seen all the vendors. That night we enjoyed dinner at Bella Restaurant. The next day we had a nice brunch at Breadwinners. We stopped at Sprinkles Cupcakes to get some treats for the kiddos before we headed back to Austin. Shortly after I arrived home, Jon left for his annual conference in Vegas. I enjoyed the weekend thoroughly. A BIG thank you to my sweet husband for taking such good care of the girls while I was gone and letting me enjoy a lovely weekend.
