We decided to have a joint birthday party for Annabelle and Madeleine this year since their birthdays are three weeks apart. When I asked Annabelle what kind of party she wanted, she quickly replied that she would like a Hello Kitty party. When I started looking for ideas, I instantly fell in love with these Hello Kitty shirts from Modern Frills. They became the inspiration for designing the party decor.
I made the invitation using a digital file that Audree from DecorArtist created by making a similar pattern from Heather Bailey's Pop Garden Tiled Primrose fabric which was used in the shirts. I tried to incorporate the design throughout the decor pulling the orange, yellow, green and pink as the colors for the party.
Hello Kitty crayons I made from broken crayons.

Love it ! My little girl sure would love a Hello Kitty party like that !
May I ask how you made your hello kitty cupcake toppers ?
And were did you find the mould for the crayons ?
Thanks
So cute!
Virginie,
Thank you. Do you mean the little hello kitties on top of the small cupcakes?
I purchased those at a party supply store. Party City. I think Michaels has them also.
Just found your adorable blog via TomKat! Love your party. How did you get your little popcorn cones to stand up? I tried some and bent the bottoms and ruined the look! Thanks!

Kudos on the party! Very creative and beautiful!
Question: where did you find the Hello Kitty sticker (?) that is on the bucket?
Thanks!
Zoe
Thank you. I found Hello Kitty stickers in the dollar section at Target. I have also seen some at Michael's in their dollar section.
I came across your post while searching Pinterest for Hello Kitty party ideas. I love what you did for your girls but what caught my attention especially is that my name is also Stefanie and I'm planning a party for my soon to be 3 year old named Anabelle. What a coincidence! :)
